Refund & Return Policy

General Policy Overview

  1. Returns and refunds are applicable only to purchases made directly through the official Trendhivve website.
  2. To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must submit a request within [insert period: e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days] of receiving their order.
  3. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  4. Trendhivve reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Packaging must include original boxes, tags, dust bags, or protective covers (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.
  • Return requests must be initiated within the return window communicated on the product page or checkout.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and clearance purposes, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear, and socks.
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, etc.).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as “Non-Returnable”.

4. Return Process

  1. Requesting a Return
    • Customers must initiate a return request by contacting us at support@trendhivve.com with their order number, reason for return, and product details.
    • Once approved, return instructions and a return shipping address will be provided.
  2. Packing the Item
    • Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
    • Customers are encouraged to reuse the original packaging if possible.
  3. Shipping the Return
    • Unless the product was defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  1. Approval or Rejection
    • If the product passes inspection, a refund will be processed.
    • If the product does not meet return conditions (used, damaged, or altered), the refund may be denied.
  2. Method of Refund
    • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, wallet, or UPI).
    • In some cases, store credit may be offered if the customer prefers.
  3. Processing Time
    • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We understand that sometimes customers may prefer an exchange over a refund.

  1. Exchanges are allowed only for the same product category (size or color variants).
  2. If the desired item is out of stock, customers may choose either a refund or store credit.
  3. The exchange process follows the same steps as the return process.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Customers must share photos or videos as proof for quicker resolution.
  3. Trendhivve will cover all shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect items.
  4. Customers may request either a replacement or a full refund.

8. Cancellations

  1. Orders can be canceled within [e.g., 12–24 hours] of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  2. Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may qualify for return under this policy.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing delays may occur.
  3. If you still have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@trendhivve.com.

10. Store Credits

  1. Customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
  2. Store credits are issued in the form of Trendhivve Wallet Balance or e-vouchers.
  3. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
